With the recent agreement between the US and India that gives India access to U.S. nuclear technology in return for inspections of its civilian nuclear facilities, Lichtermann is digging further into what is actually underway between the two countries, including far-reaching cooperation that goes beyond an apparently simple agreement on future energy.
